The Battle of Dalmasca

Astride her faithful dire lion companion Leo and armed with the fabled Sword of Dalmasca, Princess Autumn engaged the small Goblin warband who dared to sneak into her father's peaceful kingdom in a surprise invasion attempt. The Goblins discovered an underground cavern that led past the safety of the castle walls. The warband stealthily crept through the night and silently killed any patrolling Dalmascan soldiers that they encountered. Eventually, a slain warrior was discovered and the alarm horn was sounded.

The cowardly little creatures were boldened by their massive numbers, but the Princess was a mighty warrior. So powerful was the princess, that the nude she-paladin near effortlessly slew multitudes of the goblin horde by herself and finally humbled their red skinned Orc leader in single combat. Defeated as well as demoralized, the sub-human rabble fled out of the front gates of Dalmasca Castle as fast as their short legs could carry them, with Autumn and Leo chasing them out.
